Pioneering food-led team building since 2002
Victor and Wanitha pioneered hands-on cooking as a corporate team-building experience when they co-founded Sydney’s Cheeky Food Group in 2002. Victor established VictorsFood in 2007, continuing a simple belief: when people cook, collaborate and share a meal together, they connect in ways that are both natural and memorable.

We know how to make people feel welcome, involved and well fed, bringing together culinary skill, creative event design and practical delivery to ensure your event runs smoothly and gives every guest a wonderful experience.
Victor Pisapia
Founder
Victor is the founder and culinary force behind VictorsFood. An executive chef, restaurateur, educator and presenter, he has spent decades creating food experiences that bring people together. He leads the team’s culinary direction, helping groups cook with confidence, connect through food and enjoy a memorable shared experience.
Wanitha Tanasingam
Creative Director
Wanitha brings exceptional warmth, creativity and cultural insight to every event. With experience across hospitality, teaching, live events and food travel, she designs and delivers inclusive experiences that make guests feel comfortable, involved and inspired—whether they are cooking for the first time or the millionth.
Jim makes sure the ideas become a seamless event. With experience in operations, sales, marketing and business improvement, he coordinates the systems and customer journey behind VictorsFood—helping clients plan with confidence and ensuring each event is easy to organise and enjoyable to experience.

Based in Sydney, VictorsFood delivers corporate cooking and food events across Australia. Whether your office, hotel, conference venue or suitable outdoor location, as long as there is adequate space, power and water, we are there!
We can also recommend and coordinate a venue to suit your group, objectives and budget. From intimate groups of eight to events for 800 people, we have delivered cooking experiences in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Canberra, Hobart, Newcastle, Wollongong, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and regional centres.
