Corporate Cooking Team Building

What is Corporate Cookery?

Using food as the medium for connecting people through hands-on cooking events. We do this by getting people cooking together in a way that maximises the dynamic connection that happens when a group of people cook and share food together. You can use this for team building, client entertaining, organisational development, incentives, conference ice breakers, or just for fun.

Do you guarantee results?

Do we really get to cook?

Yes. You are the chefs for the day. Our Presenters guide you in the right direction.

What if we only want to cook a little?

If you like, we can cook part of the meal.

What if I can’t cook?

We have worked with people who can’t even boil an egg, so don’t fret. Our Presenters are trained chefs and patient teachers; they will have you chopping, dicing and sizzling in no time all with good humour and your experience level in mind.

What do we cook?

Menus are designed for your event, featuring fresh seasonal produce.

What if someone has food allergies or special dietary needs?

We will work with you to make sure allergies and food requirements (e.g. no nuts, lactose intolerant, celiac, vegetarian, no pork, etc) are catered for.

What about drinks and alcohol?

Our events are BYO drinks and alcohol, or as agreed with the venue. Where BYO is allowed, we can give you a good source for wines, etc. to be delivered to the venue or you can organise yourself. We will make sure they are chilled and served within responsible service of alcohol guidelines.

What about music?

As each team building event is different, we select upbeat music to keep the team movin’ and groovin’. Sometimes teams even break out into their own dance routines (which can sometimes be a bit scary) but it’s all in good fun! We can also theme the music to the event.

Do we have to wear anything special?

Wear comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes and just bring lots of good energy. We don’t supply aprons for private events, so if you want you can hire or purchase VictorsFood aprons or bring your own on the day.

Can we purchase party favours for our team?

Yes. VictorsFood aprons make great party favours for only $20 (plus GST) each. These are high-quality durable aprons, that make great take home gifts for the team to remember this special day and to keep them cooking for a long time to come. We can also suggest and supply everything from party poppers to chef knives, kitchen accessories and cookware.

Do we have to pay for venue rental and party equipment?

Most events incur some venue and equipment hire charges unless we are using your facilities. We arrange all the rental equipment for you, plates, cutlery, etc. and invoice you for this. We will quote this ahead of time for your approval.

What are the costs?
